What is this screen

Under Announcements you write a notice once and send it by email and/or push notification to the right people: only registered users, only newsletter leads, or both groups together.

How to use

1. Open the admin area and go to Communication > Announcements.
2. Click New announcement.
3. Fill in Title, Subject (email) and Message, and check the Email and/or Push channels.
4. Click Save — the announcement is created as a draft.
5. On the edit screen, choose the Recipients:
   • Keep All active users checked to send to every registered account.
   • Keep All leads (newsletter) checked to send to every newsletter email.
   • To pick specific people, use the search field: type part of the name or email and select. Users and leads appear in separate groups.
6. Optionally fill CC with extra emails separated by commas.
7. Click Send announcement and confirm.

Rules and tips

None checked and nobody selected	The system asks you to choose at least one recipient
Selected lead	Receives email only (leads never receive push)

• The send result shows how many received it and how many failed.
• After sending, the view screen lists each recipient with its status.
• In the Message you can use bold, italic, underline, lists, headings and links. On save, images and scripts are removed automatically for security.
• The email is sent with the formatting; the push notification receives only the message text.

View in browser

When an announcement is sent, every email and every push notification includes a View in browser link. Opening that link shows the announcement on a public page with the same title and the same formatted message.

• The link works even for people without an account on the platform.
• Each send creates a unique, secure link; these links cannot be found through search engines (Google or other sites).
