What this screen shows
It shows the presentation order by participant, with a time calculated per slot, room and category. You can filter by event, categories, period, gap between presentations and grouping, and download the same result as PDF or Excel.
How to use it
- Open Reports → Detailed Schedule.
- Choose an event (required). Organizers only see their own events.
- Optionally select categories (only active competition categories), set a period (From/Until), adjust the gap (0–120 min), check draft to include pending, and choose grouping (Category, Room or No grouping).
- Click Generate and check the list in time order. Each row shows number, participant (
Registration #ID — Artistic name), category, music (OK whenmúsica_urlexists) and stage entry (empty for manual filling). - Use PDF to print or Excel to work with the spreadsheet.
Fields and rules
| Field | How it works |
|---|---|
| Event | Required. |
| Categories | Optional. Multiple. Only active competition categories (competicao_*). Inactive are ignored. |
| From / Until | Filters by the calculated presentation time, inclusive. |
| Gap | 0–120 minutes. Added before each presentation and after the last in the slot. |
| Draft | When checked, includes pending in addition to paid/checkin; services (id_servico) never enter. |
| Grouping | Category (default), Room or No grouping. Categories ordered by earliest slot; when a category has multiple slots, the slot description differentiates sessions (Category — Description). |
Calculation rules
- A category with eligible registrations must have at least one slot with
data_inicio; otherwise the report blocks and lists pending categories (HTTP 422). - Distribution
ceil(total/slots)per slot, in orderdata_criacao ASC, id ASC; default duration 3 min whentempo_apresentacaois null or invalid (apresentacao TIMEis ignored). - Historical durations incorrectly stored as 180 minutes for a 3-minute presentation are corrected during data migration.
- If the calculation exceeds the slot
data_fim, the report blocks and reports category, slot and excess in minutes (422). - Limit of 2,000 presentations applied after period filter; above it, refine filters (422) — no partial file is generated.
Tips
- The Stage entry column stays empty for manual filling.
- If the list looks empty, check draft, period and whether slots have a start date.
