What this screen is

Cross Data lets you explore Inscrevah information in a pivot table. You choose which fields belong in rows and columns, how values are calculated, and whether the result is displayed as a table or chart.

Only administrators have access. The tool does not display documents, contact details, receipts, or credentials.

How to use it

  1. Choose a data set: events, categories, registrations, agreements and installments, payments, or scores.
  2. Optionally filter by event and date range.
  3. Set the row limit and click Load data.
  4. Drag available fields into the row and column areas.
  5. Choose a calculation such as count, sum, or average.
  6. Choose the format: table, heatmap, bars, lines, area, scatter, or pie.
  7. Use a field arrow to select or hide specific values.

Which data set to choose

Data set Use it to analyze
Events location, dates, and overall totals for each event
Categories types, capacity, prices, and registrations by category
Registrations status, category or service, quantity, amounts, check-in, agreements, and payments
Agreements and installments due dates, payments, status, and amount for each installment
Payments methods, statuses, fees, and net amounts
Scores scores by event, category, judge, and criterion

Rules and tips

  • Each Agreements and installments row represents one installment. The agreement total repeats across its installments; use Installment amount when adding installments.
  • A smaller limit keeps the screen faster. If a limit warning appears, filter one event or shorten the date range.
  • Drag a field back to the top list to remove it from the result.
  • Use Sum for financial amounts, Average for scores, and Count or a sum of Records for volumes.
  • The analysis stays on the current screen and is not saved automatically.
