What is the Dashboard
The Dashboard (/dashboard) is the home screen after login. It works as the organizer's control panel: it shows a summary of what is happening and offers shortcuts to the most common tasks.
What you find here
Summary cards (KPIs)
Small blocks with important numbers, such as the number of events, registrations or other metrics from your environment. They help you get a quick overview of the moment.
Quick actions
Buttons that take you directly to creation screens (for example, New event), so you don't waste time looking for them in the menu.
Navigation
The side menu (left) gives access to Events, Categories, Registrations (Rooms, Styles, Criteria, Judges), Communication (Announcements, Leads, SMTP Settings), Payments, Reports and Settings, according to your access profile.
Usage tips
- Use the Dashboard as a starting point whenever you enter the system.
- Items that require administrator or organizer permission appear only for those who have that role.
- Participants are automatically sent to My Registrations (
/minhas-inscricoes). A direct attempt to open the Dashboard or another admin page shows an access-denied message. - If something does not load, check your connection — the summary depends on the database.
Keyboard shortcuts
The panel (and the entire admin system) accepts two keyboard shortcuts:
/— moves the cursor directly to the search bar. Use when you want to search for something quickly.Esc— if you are typing in a field, focus leaves the field. If no field is in use, the side menu opens or closes.
