Slug (friendly URL)
Events have an editable Slug (URL) field: only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, 3–160 characters (e.g. my-event-2026). Leave it blank to auto-generate from the name. The slug must be unique and appears in the view (/events/{slug}) and public page (/evento/{slug}) URL.
Publishing status
Use Draft to save incomplete work. Public, Unlisted, and Cancelled require all required event information to be valid. Public events appear in open searches; unlisted events are available only through their direct link. Cancelled events are not public.
Who can see and manage an event
Each organizer sees and manages only their own events. If you open the address of another organizer's event, the screen reports that the event was not found — that is the expected behaviour, and it is what protects the event owner's data. Administrators can see and manage every event.
Banners (media)
The event has a horizontal banner (final format 2.5:1) and a vertical banner (9:16). You can paste an image URL or upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP file (up to 10 MB). When you upload a file, the editor opens so you can adjust the crop: drag to position and use + / − to zoom, then confirm with Apply. What you see in the preview is exactly what gets used.
Regulations
Attach Regulations as PDF, DOC, DOCX, ZIP or TXT (up to 20 MB each). Drag the file to the area or click to select. Upload is immediate when the event is already saved; for new events, save the event first. Each regulation shows the original name and size — use Download to check and Remove to delete (asks for confirmation). Regulations are available for download on the public event page (/evento/{slug}).
Rooms, categories and exhibitors
After an event has been saved, its edit page also shows the Rooms, Categories, and Exhibitors linked to it, just below the banners. Choose between Table and Cards, use the search and filters for that event, and edit eligible table fields directly. New-record buttons keep the current event selected.
Private link and sharing (Unlisted)
Unlisted events only open with the private link that contains the ?k= code (e.g. /evento/my-event?k=abc123...). Without the code the page returns 404 and is not indexed. In the event list and in the event view you will find a Share button — on mobile it opens the native share sheet, on desktop it copies the full link (with the code) to the clipboard. The View public page button also points to the correct link, with the code when needed.
Change the status right from the listing
In the Cards view, each event's status appears as a dropdown when you have permission to edit. Just click the current status and pick the new one — Draft, Public, Unlisted, or Cancelled. The change saves instantly with a confirmation toast. If you don't see the dropdown, your role doesn't have permission to change that event's status.
