What this page is for

Evaluation Sheets generate blank forms for offline scoring of competition categories. Each sheet is a combination category (competition) + judge + registration, with the real criteria of the category.

Implementation approved and technically validated with real data. The five MVP decisions are approved. This report does not save scores and does not change the database.

How to generate

1. Open Reports and choose Evaluation Sheets.
2. Select an event (required). Admin sees any event; Organizer sees only own events.
3. Optionally filter by category (only solo/duet/trio/group competition) and by judge (restricted to the category and organizer).
4. Click Generate sheets.

What shows

• Sheet header: category, judge, approved registration identification and competition room when present. Without a linked judge, the sheet provides a blank space to write the name.
• Criteria table: real criteria linked to the category, weight is informational (no ranking). Without criteria, the sheet uses a default Score row.
• Empty fields: Score 0–10 per criterion, notes and signatures. Notes are always present.

Approved MVP decisions

1	Flow	Offline sheet in PDF/XLSX, without saving scores.
2	Eligible registrations	Only paid and checkin; exclude cart, pending, cancelled and services.
3	Identification	Registration #ID — Artistic name. Without an artistic name, only Registration #ID, including groups. No collective name and never civil name, CPF or contact data.
4	Limit	Maximum 500 sheets per request. Above that, refine by category or judge.
5	Print	One sheet per A4 portrait page, with score, notes and signature.

Missing records

Without a linked judge, the report is still generated with a blank judge-name field. Without technical criteria, it uses a default Score row with notes. These printable placeholders do not create records in the system.

Exports

• PDF (FPDF): one sheet per A4, logo, 0–10 legend and signatures. Same DTO as the screen.
• Excel: Instructions + Collection sheets; one row per sheet + criterion, empty score with 0–10 validation, no ranking formula.
