O que é esta tela

A tela de Inscrições gerencia as participações em eventos. Cada inscrição vincula um usuário a um evento, a uma categoria ou a um serviço (fotografia, filmagem, figurino).

Fluxo de inscrição

On the public page, review the type and price in the header, fill in each member's details, and check the total before adding it to the cart.

1. No evento público, clique em Inscrever-se na categoria ou Comprar no serviço.
2. Informe os integrantes — Solo exige 1, Dupla 2, Trio 3, Grupo permite quantidade configurável. Ingresso gera uma inscrição por unidade.
3. A inscrição vai para o carrinho (carrinho → pendente → pago/cancelado/checkin).
4. No carrinho, finalize o pagamento por organizador.

When you submit, the system validates the session security before adding the registration. If the session has expired, sign in again and resubmit it.

Regras por tipo

• Competição Solo/Dupla/Trio/Grupo — valida idade, gênero, CPF e telefone por integrante; CPF não pode se repetir na mesma categoria.
• Ingresso — quantidade gera N inscrições (1 integrante cada) para QR individual.
• Figurino — exige medidas (busto, cintura, saia, altura) e cor.
• Foto/Filmagem — apenas nome por unidade.
• Vagas — 0 significa ilimitado; senão bloqueia quando esgota. Janela de inscrição (data_inicio/fim_inscricao) e permite_inscricao também bloqueiam.

Carrinho

O carrinho agrupa inscrições por organizador (evento.id_organizador). Cada grupo tem seu total e seus botões de pagamento. Você pode remover itens ou limpar o carrinho.

Pagamento

Três métodos por organizador:

• Mercado Pago — PIX, boleto ou cartão (via credenciais do organizador).
• PIX direto — QR Code + copia-e-cola; envie o comprovante (JPG/PNG/WebP/PDF até 10 MB) para análise.
• Installment agreement — the organizer creates it for an eligible registration; the participant waits and tracks the installments in their account.

The system confirms the payment directly with Mercado Pago. An enrollment is marked as paid only after this confirmation; returning from checkout alone does not approve the purchase. If the gateway is temporarily unavailable, try again and follow the status under My Enrollments.

My Registrations

Under My Registrations, you only see registrations linked to your account. You can filter them by status or event, cancel them when allowed, and present each attendee's QR code at the entrance. Your name remains visible in the top menu while you are signed in.

Check-in

Entry is allowed for paid registrations and for active or settled installment agreements, provided there is no unpaid installment whose due date is before the entry date. An installment due today is not yet overdue. Each attendee presents their own QR code.

Administration filters

In the administration list, All events removes the event filter. You can also combine event, category, status and search. Both the table and cards are paginated: use Previous and Next to review every result.
