What is this screen

The Merge wizard (/eventos/mesclar) joins two or more events into one. You choose which categories and services come from each event, can merge same-named categories, and decide what happens to the source events. It is also restricted to administrators.

Step by step

1. Events

1. Under sources, pick one or more events to join.
2. Under destination, pick the event that receives everything (it cannot be a source).
3. Click Calculate impact.

2. Categories and services

For each source category/service, choose:

• Keep both — the item moves events without mixing inscriptions.
• Merge — inscriptions move into a destination category/service; pick which one.
• Ignore — do not bring this item (it stays in the source event).

Categories named like destination ones show a warning suggesting a merge.

3. Review

Check the summary: how many events, categories and inscriptions will move.

4. Confirm

1. Type your administrator password.
2. Check delete source events if you want them removed after being emptied.
3. Click Run merge.

Rules and tips

• Merging happens all at once: if anything fails, nothing changes.
• Inscriptions duplicated by the same CPF in the final category are unified (the newest wins; agreements and payments follow).
• Sources can only be deleted if nothing is left behind (ignored items block it).
• Agreements, installments, payments and evaluations follow their inscriptions automatically.
