What this page is

My Registrations brings together your registrations, payments and event access credentials. This is a private page: it opens only after sign-in and displays registrations from your account.

To open: in the site header, open the user menu (your name/avatar) and choose My Registrations.

How to use it

1. Use Status and Search to find a registration.
2. Review the event, category or service, amount, date and members.
3. Select View details to open the individual credentials. Registrations with an active agreement show a View agreement shortcut leading straight to the installments section in the detail.
4. If a registration must be cancelled or deleted, contact the event organizer. This action is not available in the participant area.

Access QR Code

Each member has an individual QR Code. At the event gate, increase your screen brightness and show the code for the member who is entering.

The QR Code is available when:

• the registration is paid or already checked in; or
• there is a current installment agreement with no unpaid overdue payments.

A payment due today is still current. If a payment is overdue, the QR Code and entry remain blocked until the agreement is brought up to date.

Installment agreement

This part only appears for those who have an agreement. Without an agreement, no link, menu or section about agreements is shown on the page.

When the organizer creates an agreement for your registration, the details page shows an Installment agreement section with each installment, amount, due date and status. You can pay open installments in two ways:

• Organizer PIX — shown only when the organizer has its own PIX key configured. Use the installment QR Code or copy-and-paste code, attach the receipt (JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF) and send it. The installment becomes payment reported and the organizer confirms it next. Mercado Pago PIX does not use this field — it is paid with the option below.
• Pay with Mercado Pago — choose PIX, boleto ticket or card and finish in the secure environment. For PIX, use the copy-and-paste code shown on screen.

Paying the last installment settles the agreement and marks the registration as paid. If any installment is overdue and unpaid, the QR Code stays blocked until the agreement is brought up to date.

After its due date, an open installment appears as Overdue. The page shows the original amount, interest, late fee and amount due separately. This total is updated through the current day and is the amount used by both the PIX QR Code and Mercado Pago checkout. An installment due today has no charges yet.

Security and tips

• Registrations from another account cannot be viewed.
• Only authorized administrators and organizers can cancel or delete registrations and agreements through the administrative area.
• Do not share your QR Code on social media.
• If the code does not appear after a payment or agreement update, refresh the page and contact the event organizer.

  Agreement acceptance

Before paying an installment, the participant or responsible person must read and accept the Payment Agreement shown in the registration details. The acceptance applies to that agreement and document version.
