What this page is
The Profile page lets you update your personal information, photo and password. It uses the light public-area layout and does not grant access to administrative features.
Updating your details
- Open Edit Profile from your account menu.
- In the details column, update your first name, last name, username, e-mail, tax ID (CPF/CNPJ), phone, gender and birth date as needed.
- The username uses lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens (e.g.: maria-silva), and the e-mail, tax ID and username must not repeat another account's.
- Select Save changes.
Your address
- Type the ZIP code (CEP) — the street, neighborhood, city and state are filled in automatically.
- Complete the number and complement and review every field: manual corrections are always allowed.
- Select Save changes.
Payout (organizers)
If you are an organizer, the page shows a Payout section:
- PIX: enable the key, choose the type, enter the key, the recipient name and city, plus agreement fees and charges.
- Mercado Pago: enable receiving, check test mode when testing, and fill in the production and/or test keys, Client ID, Client Secret, Webhook Secret and notes. Blank secret fields keep the saved value — only what you type is updated.
Changing the email also requires the current password. You must confirm the link sent to the new address before signing in again or using email two-step confirmation.
Profile photo
Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB. Adjust the square crop in the image editor and apply it. The photo is uploaded immediately.
Changing your password
Enter your current password, the new password and its confirmation. The two new values must match. The current password is also required when changing email.
Access and security
Everyone can open Account security to manage passkeys, two-step confirmation and recovery codes. Participants also see My Registrations, My Agreements, Edit Profile and Sign out. Reports and the admin area remain restricted to organizers and administrators.
Payment acceptance
When enabling PIX or Mercado Pago, the account holder must read and accept the current Payment Agreement. A new document version requires a new acceptance.
