What is this screen
The Technical Criteria screen (/quesitos) defines the criteria used to evaluate participants — for example: Technique, Originality, Stage Presence. Each criterion can have a weight that influences the final score.
How to create a criterion
- Go to Registrations → Technical Criteria and click New criterion.
- Fill in:
- Name* — criterion name (required).
- Description — what is being evaluated (optional).
- Weight — numeric value (e.g.
1.00,2.50) defining the criterion's relative importance in the sum. - Active — check to use in evaluations.
- Save.
Editing and deletion
- Open the criterion to adjust name, description, weight, or status.
- Inactive criteria don't enter new evaluations.
- When editing, use Delete (in red) and confirm before removing the record.
Tip
Use weights to give more relevance to more important criteria. The sum of weights helps calculate the final score proportionally.
Change the status right from the listing
In the Cards view, each criterion's status appears as a dropdown when you have permission to edit. The options are: Active or Inactive. Just click the current status and pick the new one. The change saves instantly with a confirmation toast. If you don't see the dropdown, your role doesn't have permission to change that criterion's status.
