Protect your account

Open Account → Security to manage passkeys, two-step confirmation and recovery codes. This page is available to every account type.

Passkeys

Choose Add passkey, enter a recognizable name and follow your device prompt. You may register several phones, computers, platform authenticators or physical security keys. You can rename them and review creation and last-use dates. Adding or removing a passkey may require your current password again.

Email and authenticator app

Email confirmation sends a one-use code to the confirmed address. For an authenticator app, scan the QR code and enter the current six-digit code; the method is not enabled until that first code is accepted.

Recovery codes

Generate and store the codes somewhere separate from your main device. Each one works once and is shown in full only when generated. A new set invalidates the previous set.

Administrator assistance

An administrator can only see which methods are enabled and how many passkeys exist. They may revoke lost passkeys or send a 2FA reset request to your verified email. Nothing is reset until you open and confirm the link; passwords, secrets, and codes are never visible to the administrator. The link expires after 30 minutes and works once.

Safety tips

• Register more than one passkey when possible.
• Remove lost devices immediately.
• Never share passwords, temporary codes or recovery codes.
