Services

Create photography, filming, and costume services. Services have an editable Slug (URL) field: only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, 3–160 characters (e.g. my-service-2026). Leave it blank to auto-generate from the name. The slug must be unique.

The photographed or filmed event is optional; after choosing it, selecting one of its categories is also optional. Without a linked event, enter the event and category names manually.

Status and images

Only Draft may be incomplete. Public services appear in open listings; Unlisted services are available only by direct link. Upload one or more JPG, PNG, or WebP images up to 10 MB each to build the public gallery.

Service list

The unit price always has two decimal places. When creating or editing it, use a comma as the separator, for example 125,50. The same format is used when editing the price directly in the table.

Switch between Table and Cards to browse services in the most convenient way. In the table, you can directly change the name, type, price, available units, maximum per order, and purchase availability. Open the full edit screen to change images, references, purchase dates, or status. Selected filters remain active when switching between the two views.

Change the status right from the listing

In the Cards view, each service's status appears as a dropdown when you have permission to edit. Just click the current status and pick the new one — Draft, Public, Unlisted, or Cancelled. The change saves instantly with a confirmation toast. If you don't see the dropdown, your role doesn't have permission to change that service's status.
