O que é esta tela

A tela de Usuários (/usuarios) permite gerenciar quem tem acesso ao Inscrevah: organizadores e participantes. É restrita a administradores.

Listagem

A lista oferece:

Busca por nome, e-mail, usuário ou CPF/CNPJ.
Filtro por papel — Administrador, Organizador ou Usuário.
Filtro por status — ativos ou inativos.
Alternar visualização entre Tabela e Cards.
Botão Novo usuário (somente administradores).

Como criar um usuário

Clique em Novo usuário.
Informe nome, sobrenome, usuário (login) e e-mail.
Informe o CPF/CNPJ e, se quiser, telefone e data de nascimento.
O CEP preenche a cidade automaticamente.
Escolha o papel de acesso (Administrador, Organizador ou Usuário). Typing a valid CNPJ switches the role automatically to Organizer (with a CPF or an invalid CNPJ it does not change).
Defina a senha (mínimo de 8 caracteres).
Salve.

Recebimento PIX

Available only for organizers and administrators. For regular users, this section does not appear.

Organizers can receive payments via PIX. In the Recebimento PIX section, enter:

PIX enabled — turns direct PIX receiving on/off.
Key type and PIX key (CPF, CNPJ, email, phone, or random).
Receiver name and city (used in the QR Code).
Fees — fixed (R$) and percentage (%) charged per registration.
Daily interest, late fee, and compound interest — used in installment agreements.

The PIX QR Code is generated automatically from this data.

Enter the fixed fee, percentage fee, interest, and late fee with a comma and two decimal places, for example 2,50.

Mercado Pago

Available only for organizers and administrators. For regular users, this section does not appear.

In the Mercado Pago section, configure the credentials used to receive PIX, bank slip, and card payments:

Mercado Pago enabled and test mode (switches between test and production credentials).
Public Key and Access Token for production and testing.
Client ID and Client Secret from the Mercado Pago developer panel.
Webhook Secret and notes.

Use Validate credentials to test the connection. The validation result and date are displayed beside the button. In Mercado Pago, configure payment Webhooks with the environment's full public URL ending in /pagamentos/webhook/mp, then copy the generated secret to Webhook Secret.

Never send an Access Token through chat, email, or a versioned file. If it is exposed, revoke it in Mercado Pago and issue a new credential before continuing.

Permissão: administradores editam qualquer usuário; organizadores só editam a si mesmos. O campo papel de acesso fica travado para não-administradores.

Edição e exclusão

Clique em um usuário para editá-lo.
Na visualização em tabela, administradores podem alterar rapidamente o papel de acesso e o status ativo. A alteração é salva na hora.
A exclusão remove o acesso permanentemente; confirme a operação.
Ao editar, o botão vermelho Excluir pede essa confirmação antes de remover o usuário.
O status ativo controla se o usuário consegue entrar no sistema.

Change the status right from the listing

In the Cards view, each user's status appears as a dropdown when you have permission to edit. The options are: Active, Pending, Temporarily blocked, Permanently blocked, and Deactivated. Just click the current status and pick the new one. The change saves instantly with a confirmation toast. If you don't see the dropdown, your role doesn't have permission to change that user's status.

Authentication security

When editing a user, administrators can only see which 2FA methods are enabled and the number of passkeys and recovery codes. They can revoke all lost passkeys or send a 2FA reset link to the account owner's verified email. The reset only happens after the owner confirms it; no secret or code is shown to the administrator.
